As CEO and Co-Founder of Moonshot Consulting Partners, he brings deep expertise in organisational design, leadership development, and workforce transformation.
Having held senior leadership roles at various institutions, Geronomow is recognised for driving large-scale change initiatives and shaping future-fit, high-performing cultures. His approach combines commercial acumen with a human-centered mindset—ensuring that people strategies are not just aligned with business goals, but are instrumental in achieving them.

As Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder of Moonshot Consulting Partners, Tumi draws on her extensive background in pricing strategy, revenue growth management, and business performance optimisation. She has successfully led cross-functional initiatives at some of the world’s most competitive environments, translating market and consumer insights into commercially sound, results-driven strategies.
Her ability to synthesise data into actionable business plans has delivered measurable value—from boosting brand profitability in the FMCG sector to guiding strategic planning in financial services. Tumi brings a rare blend of analytical precision, commercial acumen, and strategic foresight to every client engagement.
